After years of shooting weddings, we know the details that get overlooked and make sure they're yours to cherish, so you can be fully present while we carry the content for the day. Because we shoot everything as one team, it means fewer meetings and logistics, one consistent style, and nothing falls through the cracks on the day.
Ryan is your main point of contact and runs all the logistics, every edit goes through the same editing team, and your shooter is always someone from our approved crew below. We lock your crew in around 3 months out, then jump on a video call with Ryan and everyone shooting your day, so you know us all before it begins. And if anyone's ever sick, another Selah shooter steps in, so you're never left without coverage. You're sorted with Selah!

The Elopement
Your ceremony & portraits at one location, up to 3 hours. For elopements & small days, with the same team, the same edit and the same care as every other collection.
Available on weekdays, or any day from May to the end of August. Need more than 3 hours? Get in touch for a full day elopement quote :)
Rather pay it off over time? Secure your date with $750, then easy monthly payments over up to 9 months, so you can lock in the day now and pay as you go. The Whole Day works out around $520 a month for photos, or $1,060 for photo + video :)
Still & motion, on real film
Shot on real Kodak film. The nostalgia and warmth of real film woven through your day, in motion on Super 8 and in stills on 35mm. Add it to your day, or make it your whole story.

Lock in your date
Sign a plain-English agreement and pay a 50% deposit, and your date is locked in. We'll reconnect closer to your date for another video call to iron out the finer details, like your timeline, locations and the moments that matter most!

Do you offer payment plans? Can we pay it off over time?
Yes! $750 secures your date, then we split the rest into easy monthly payments over up to 9 months, all wrapped up before the day. A 15% fee applies for spreading it out, and we set up the automatic payments with you so it's completely hands-off. Just let us know and we'll build a plan that suits you.
Honestly, we're not really "photo people". Is that a problem?
Not at all, this is what we do all day! Most of our couples say the exact same thing. We shoot documentary-style, so you're not stuck posing for hours. We'll give you gentle direction when you want it and otherwise let the day unfold, and you'll be surprised how natural it feels, even if cameras make you nervous right now.
Why should we choose Selah over other wedding photographers?
A few things, really! First, it's easy. We're one team for everything (photo, video, Super 8 and 35mm), so it's one booking, one planning call and one point of contact, instead of juggling separate vendors who've never met. Everything is shot in one style and edited by the same team, so nothing clashes, and if your shooter is ever sick, another Selah shooter steps in. Second, we care a lot about quality. Every photo and film is edited to the same timeless standard, in true-to-life colour that won't look dated in a few years, and we shoot real Super 8 and 35mm film, which most photographers don't offer, for a warmth and grain you just can't fake. And just as much, it comes down to how we treat you: we're relaxed, respectful and genuinely invested in your day going well, not just in getting the shot. You'll feel at ease the whole way through, even if cameras make you nervous :)
What if our photographer gets sick or has an emergency?
That's honestly the beauty of working with a team. Your coverage is provided by Selah, not one single person, so if your shooter can't make it (illness, injury, or an emergency), we'll always have another experienced Selah shooter ready to jump in at the same standard or higher. Every one of us works in the same style, and your editor stays the same no matter who shoots, so your photos and film always come back looking exactly like Selah. You're never left without coverage.
What if our day runs a little longer than we booked?
No stress, we're pretty relaxed about it and we'll never pack up in the middle of something special. If it's looking like your day needs a bit more time, extra coverage is easy to add on at $450 an hour per service, and we'll always check in with you first so there are never any surprises.
What happens if it rains?
We shoot rain or shine, and honestly some of the most beautiful, emotional photos happen in the weather. We'll always have a plan B for portraits, and we'll never let a bit of rain stress you out on the day. You've got enough to think about!
